Services Provided

I work with individuals and families ages 14+.  Despite the name of my license (Marriage and Family Therapist), I work with individuals to assist with a multitude of needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, PTSD, behavior modification, abuse, Christian counseling, and relational distress.  

I work with families to improve the system as a whole.  Family therapy involves repairing relationships and creating an environment where everyone is validated and everyone's needs are met.  Family therapy can take place with one person from the family system or everyone from the family system.

Cost per 60 min session: $130

Insurances accepted: BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Healthchoice

Couples counseling is not offered at this time. 

As a Certified Medical Family Therapist, I provide psychotherapy services to aid with medical illness.  Internal Family Systems Theory, along with other therapeutic models, aids in reducing symptoms of acute and chronic illness.  I enjoy helping individuals and families cope with and manage acute and chronic illness as it effects every part of life. 

 As one who lives with chronic illness, I understand the importance of support and quality mental health.

Educational Consulting is a non-therapy service provided to students and parents grades 6-10.  The goal of Educational Consulting is to

1) Educate you and your student about the Oklahoma State requirements to earn a High School Diploma. 

2) Empower you and your student to advocate for your student's needs. 

3) Execute the educational plan discussed within consultation.  

Not every student will thrive in AP classes.  Not every student will attend a college or university.  No matter what the school counselor may say, AP classes are not necessary for college success.  My desire is to help you and your student create an educational plan that fits the needs of your student and your family.  Life is hard.  Education can be fun.  Let me help you and your student enjoy this time in your lives.
